Overview
This website is operated by VG Ventures LLC ("caeyo", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of
Service apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from us, including browsers,
customers and anyone who sends us content. By visiting the site or placing an order, you
agree to these terms and to the policies they link to, including our Shipping, Refund and
Return, Privacy and Payment policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page, and your continued
use after that means you accept the change. Our store runs on Shopify.

Section 1 - Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order or have a parent or guardian's permission. You may not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, break any laws that apply to you, or send anything harmful such as viruses or malicious code. Breaking these terms can end your access to the site immediately.

Section 2 - General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. Your content, other
than payment details, may travel unencrypted over several networks. Payment details are
always encrypted. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site, or access to it,
without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.

Section 3 - Accuracy of information
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we cannot promise that everything on it is complete or up to date. Please do not rely on it as your only source for a decision.

We may change the site's content at any time and are not required to update it.

Section 4 - Prices and changes to the service
Prices can change without notice. We may change or stop any part of the service at any
time, and we are not liable to you or anyone else for a price change, suspension or
discontinuation.

Section 5 - Products
Some products are online-only and available in limited quantities. They can be returned
only under our Refund and Return Policy. We show product colors and images as
accurately as we can, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a color exactly. We may limit sales to any person, region or country, and limit the quantity of any product. Any offer is void where prohibited.

Our bags, pouches and stroller accessories are carry and organizing items. They are not
car seats, safety restraints or child-safety devices, and should not be relied on to secure a
child. Follow any care and use instructions, and supervise children around all products.

Section 6 - Orders, billing and accounts
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may accept or refuse it. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, including orders that share an account, card, billing address or shipping address, and orders that appear to come from resellers.

If we change or cancel an order, we will try to tell you using the email, phone number or billing address you gave us, and we refund any cancelled paid order in full. You agree to give current, complete and accurate information for every purchase and to keep it up to date.

Section 7 - Optional tools and third-party links
We may give you access to third-party tools, and the site may link to third-party websites.

We do not control or endorse them. They are provided "as is" and "as available", and you
use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products or policies. Please read the third party's own terms, and direct any complaint about their
products to them.

Section 8 - Comments and feedback
If you send us ideas, reviews or other submissions, you agree that we may edit, publish,
copy and use them in any medium without payment or confidentiality, and without any
duty to reply. You promise that your submissions will not break anyone's rights or the law, will not contain abusive, obscene or harmful material, and will not mislead us or others about where they came from. You are responsible for what you submit.

Section 9 - Personal information
What you share with us is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Section 10 - Errors and omissions
The site may contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions about descriptions, prices,
promotions, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct them and may update information or cancel orders because of them, at any time and even after you have ordered, without notice.

Section 11 - Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content to break the law; to ask others to break it; to violate our intellectual property or anyone else's; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to send false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect others' personal data; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; for any obscene purpose; or to get around the site's security. We may end your access if we do.

Section 12 - Disclaimers and limits on liability
We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The
service and the products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available", to the
fullest extent the law permits, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law permits, caeyo and
its owners, employees, contractors and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages, including lost profits, data or savings, and our total liability for
any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these
terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Section 13 - Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless caeyo, its owners, employees, contractors,
suppliers and service providers from any third-party claim, including reasonable legal
fees, that arises from your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Section 14 - Severability, termination and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that part
applies to the fullest extent allowed. Either of us may end this agreement at any time. You can stop using the site, and we may end your access if we believe you broke these terms.

Amounts owed up to that point remain due. These terms and the policies they link to are
the whole agreement between us and replace any earlier version. Unclear wording is not
construed against the writer.


Section 15 - Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal
law. If we have a dispute, we will first try to resolve it informally by email at
info@caeyo.com. If that fails, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held remotely or in Wyoming, and a court with
jurisdiction may enforce the award. Any arbitration will be between you and us
individually, and you agree not to join or take part in a class action or class-wide
arbitration. This section does not take away rights you have under mandatory consumer
law in your country, and either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court.
