Payment Policy

Payment methods. We accept major credit and debit cards and any other methods shown
at checkout.

Currency. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own
currency conversion fees if your card is in another currency.

Taxes and duties. Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on where you live and what you
buy, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes charged by the
destination country on international orders are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Secure payments. Payments are encrypted using SSL technology and processed by PCI
DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

When you are charged. Your card is charged when you place your order. You will receive a
confirmation email from info@caeyo.com, which is your receipt.

Payment problems. If a payment is declined, charged twice or looks wrong, email
info@caeyo.com and we will help. Please contact us first before disputing a charge with
your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

Order processing. Orders are processed and shipped after payment is approved. See the
Shipping Policy for timing.

Changes. We may update this policy by posting a new version, effective when posted.
