Return and refund policy

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, email info@caeyo.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through a return for a full refund of the item price. We ship worldwide, so returns are accepted from any destination.

Items must come back in the condition you received them: unused, unwashed, with tags
and in the original packaging.

For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping and the original shipping fee is not
refunded. We cover return shipping when an item is defective, damaged or not as
described.

Please email us before sending anything back. Items sent without contacting us first may
not reach the right address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. If you return part of an order and what you kept falls below $100, the $9.99 shipping fee that would have applied may be deducted from your refund. For help with a refund, email

Our right to refuse a return
Once a return is approved, the item must reach us within 30 days. We may refuse returns
that do not meet these conditions, including items that are used, altered, washed,
damaged or missing parts. We handle suspected abuse or fraud accordingly.

My order arrived damaged, defective or wrong
Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will send a
replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. If you send the item back, we pay the
shipping. If your tracking says delivered but you do not have your order, contact your local carrier first, then email us.

Sale and final-sale items
Items marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled, except if
they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

Exchanges and cancellations
For a different color or size, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships, for a full refund.

Free gifts
If your order included a free gift with purchase, return the gift with the order or its value
may be deducted from your refund.
