This policy explains what personal information VG Ventures LLC (“caeyo”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit caeyo.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Device information. When you browse, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages and products you view, what site or search brought you here, and how you move around the site. We use cookies, log files and tracking pixels or tags to do this.

Order information. When you place or start an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. Payment details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Together, these are your “personal information” in this policy.

Cookies we use

  • Essential and session cookies keep your cart, checkout and security working. They last only as long as your visit.
  • Functional cookies remember choices such as your region or cart so your next visit is faster.
  • Analytics cookies show us which pages people use and where they get stuck, for example through Google Analytics.
  • Advertising and social cookies let us measure our ads and show relevant ones on platforms such as Meta and Google, including to people who viewed our products. They can follow activity across sites.
  • Third-party cookies are set by services built into our site, such as payment providers and embedded content.
  • Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period so we can recognize you when you return.

Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart, may stop working if you block essential cookies.

How we use your information

  • To process payments, ship and deliver orders, and send confirmations and invoices.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To screen orders for fraud and risk, using details such as your IP address.
  • To understand how the site is used, improve it and measure our marketing.
  • To send you offers and product news, when you have chosen to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store:

  • Shopify, which powers our online store (Shopify privacy policy)
  • Payment processors
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners
  • Email and text messaging providers
  • Analytics and advertising partners such as Google (Google privacy policy) and Meta

You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to respond to a lawful request such as a subpoena, or to protect our rights and customers. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use your information to show ads we think you will find relevant. You can opt out of targeted ads here:

Text message terms

If you give us your phone number at checkout, in a form or by texting a keyword, you agree to receive texts from caeyo about your orders, abandoned carts and promotions. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing texts, or HELP for help. Your phone number, name and purchase history may be shared with our messaging provider, currently Shopify and its partners, to deliver and personalize messages. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Do Not Track

Our site does not change how it collects data when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because there is no industry standard for how to treat one.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may also opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. If you live in the European Economic Area, you can also object to or restrict how we process your information. We process your information to fulfill your orders and for our legitimate business interests, and it may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, legal and accounting purposes, and remove other information on request.

Children and security

Our site is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
